Real time Malicious Code Monitoring and Detection with HackAlert™
Armorize HackAlert™ is a pattern free malicious code alerting service for web applications. Delivered as a web-based on-demand Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, it provides 24 x 7 malware monitoring for subscriber-defined websites. The service employs dynamic HTML analysis and Spyware Behavior Extraction (SBE) technology to detect and analyze malicious code and links injected into subscriber websites that could subject web clients to a "drive-by download" of spyware, infected code or a malicious application.
As HackAlert™ is a hosted service; there is no requirement to install any application on either the web server being scanned or the workstation. Subscribers use their browser to access their personalized console from which they can conduct scans on their web application, specifying schedule, frequency and depth of scans as well as reporting format and notification / alerting options. In the event of malware injection into the web site, HackAlert™ generates immediate notification ensuring a quick return to a secure state and minimizing the risk of further compromise to the web application, corporate network or client computers. Ongoing trend graphs provide visual reporting on the security posture over time displaying recurring instances of exploit injection which indicates a fundamental vulnerability in the application source code.
